Analysts polled by FactSet expected net income of $4.2 million.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $120.8 million, down from $199.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $129.4 million.

For 2025, the mobile healthcare provider reaffirmed its previous revenue expectation of $410 million to $450 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $414.9 million.

Shares of the company were down more than 26% in recent premarket activity.
