DocuSign Completes Acquisition of Lexion

04:25 PM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DocuSign ( DOCU ) said Friday it completed the acquisition of Lexion, an agreement management company.

On May 6, DocuSign ( DOCU ) announced the purchase of Lexion for $165 million.
