Docusign Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2025 Revenue Outlook Raised

04:42 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Docusign ( DOCU ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.90 per diluted share, up from $0.79 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.87.

Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 31 was $754.8 million, up from $700.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $745.2 million.

For fiscal Q4, the company said it is projecting revenue of $758 million to $762 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $755.9 million.

Docusign ( DOCU ) said it now expects fiscal year 2025 revenue of $2.959 billion to $2.963 billion, versus its prior guidance of $2.94 billion to $2.95 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $2.95 billion.

Shares of the company jumped past 17% in recent after-hours activity.
