Dole Completes Sale of 65% Stake in Progressive Produce

05:25 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dole (DOLE) said late Wednesday it has closed the sale of its 65% equity stake in Progressive Produce to PTF Holdings for about $120.3 million in cash proceeds.

PTF is a portfolio company of Arable Capital Partners.

Price: 11.9, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +0.68
