04:09 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dole (DOLE) said Thursday an underwritten secondary offering of about 11.9 million of its ordinary shares was priced at $13.25 per share.

Castle & Cooke Holdings and The Murdock Group are the selling shareholders, the company said.

Dole is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on Friday.
