Dollar General Names Jerry W. Fleeman Jr. to Succeed Todd Vasos as CEO

09:28 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dollar General ( DG ) said Tuesday that it has named Jerry W. Fleeman Jr. to succeed Todd Vasos as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027.

After the transition, Vasos will continue as senior advisor through April 2, the company said.

Fleeman has previously served as the CEO of Ahold Delhaize's US unit, Dollar General ( DG ) said.
