Dollar Tree to Rebuild Marietta Distribution Center Following 2024 Tornado

05:36 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dollar Tree ( DLTR ) said late Wednesday that it has begun construction on a new one million square foot distribution center in Marietta, Oklahoma, rebuilding the facility lost to a tornado in April 2024.

Scheduled to open by Spring 2027, the center will support about 700 Dollar Tree ( DLTR ) stores in the Western and Southwestern US and restore 400 local jobs, the company reported.

The company also unveiled $50,000 in community grants to benefit local groups such as the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Marietta Special Olympics, it added.
