Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 2 was $7.57 billion compared with $7.31 billion a year earlier.

For fiscal Q4, the company expects adjusted diluted EPS to be $2.10 to $2.30. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.23. The company expects net sales for the quarter to be $8.1 billion to $8.3 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $8.23 billion.

The company narrowed its fiscal 2024 adjusted diluted EPS guidance range to $5.31 to $5.51 from $5.20 to $5.60. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.39. The company raised the lower end of its revenue guidance for the year to $30.7 billion to $30.9 billion from $30.6 billion to $30.9 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $30.70 billion.
