Doman Building Increases Senior Revolving Banking Facility to $580 Million

09:10 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Doman Building Materials Group ( CWXZF ) on Friday said it completed an amendment to increase its existing senior secured revolving credit facility to $580 million from $500 million.

The increase adds capital to support the company's growth plans, said Doman Chief Executive Amar Doman.

Shares of the company closed flat at $8.07 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
