12:46 PM EST, 12/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Doman Building Materials Group ( CWXZF ) on Tuesday said it closed a private placement offering of $170 million of 7.50% senior unsecured notes due Sept. 17, 2029.

The company said the notes have identical terms, will be fungible with, and are a part of a single series.

Doman intends to use proceeds of about $167 million, with additional funds drawn under its syndicated credit facility, to redeem all of its outstanding 5.25% senior unsecured notes due May 15, 2026.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.05 to $9.38 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
