09:48 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dominari ( DOMH ) said Thursday its Dominari Securities unit has been approved as a limited underwriting member of the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE American Equities, effective Oct. 8.

The company said the membership allows Dominari Securities to act as lead underwriter for initial public offerings and participate directly in other underwriting activities on the exchanges' platforms.

Shares of Dominari ( DOMH ) were up 1.2% in early Thursday trading.
