08:31 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dominion Energy ( D ) said Monday that it completed the sale of its Questar Gas natural gas utility and its Wexpro cost-of-service gas supply company to Enbridge ( ENB ) for about $4.3 billion, including assumed debt.

Questar Gas will do business as Enbridge Gas Utah, Enbridge Gas Wyoming, and Enbridge Gas Idaho in those states, Enbridge ( ENB ) said in a separate statement.

The company said Questar Gas and its related Wexpro companies will join Enbridge's ( ENB ) gas distribution and storage business unit.

Enbridge ( ENB ) also said that its purchase of the Public Service Company of North Carolina is on track to close this year.
