06:26 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dominion Lending Centres (DLGC.TO) on Thursday said the Competition Bureau had shelved an inquiry into the company's conduct.
In May 2023, a court order forced Dominion to turn over documents, records and data in connection with the inquiry, which related to allegations of anti-competitive conduct by the company.
"We are dedicated to regulatory compliance in all aspects of our business and are pleased the inquiry has been discontinued," said Gary Maris, chairman and CEO of Dominion.
