Domino's Pizza Q2 Same-Store Sales Expected to Miss Consensus Amid Soft Pizza Trends, RBC Says
Jul 14, 2025 12:19 PM

02:52 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Domino's Pizza's (DPZ) Q2 US same-store sales are expected to come in slightly below consensus while investor sentiment remains cautious about organic growth amid soft pizza quick-service restaurant trends, RBC Capital Markets said in an earnings preview Monday.

RBC said it expects Domino's management to revise down its full-year international unit growth guidance as the pizza chain's master franchise in Australia signaled possible further closures and weaker franchisee profitability.

While markets like China and India are showing solid growth, they are seen to be "dilutive" to international average unit volume and provide "limited EPS upside" to the company, the analysts said.

RBC has an outperform rating on the stock with a $550 price target.
