09:06 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Domo ( DOMO ) filed a registration statement on Friday for the sale of $300 million of its securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The offerings include class B shares, preferred shares, debt securities, depositary shares, warrants, subscription rights, purchase contracts and units, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offerings will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential investments in products, technologies or businesses, according to Domo ( DOMO ).
