05:49 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Domo ( DOMO ) said Thursday that David Jolley will step down as chief financial officer by the end of Q3 due to personal health reasons.

Tod Crane, the company's senior vice president of finance, will be promoted to finance chief. Crane has been with the company since 2015.

Jolley will continue to support the company as a senior adviser.

Shares of Domo ( DOMO ) rose more than 4% in recent premarket activity Friday.
