06:41 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Donaldson (DCI) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.92 per diluted share, up from $0.76 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.84.

Net sales for the quarter ended April 30 were $927.9 million, up from $875.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $917.7 million.

For fiscal 2024, the company said it now expects EPS of $3.33 and $3.39, up from a prior guidance of $3.24 and $3.32. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting $3.27.

Sales for the full year are expected to grow 4% and 6% year on year, narrower than the previous outlook of 3% to 7%. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking at revenue of $3.58 billion.
