Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.02.

Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $980.7 million, up from $935.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $951.5 million.

The filtration systems company said it expects fiscal 2026 EPS of $3.92 to $4.08 and sales growth of 1% to 5%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $3.89.

Shares of the company were up about 6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
