Donnelley Financial Shares Drop After Q2 Results

10:17 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Donnelley Financial Solutions ( DFIN ) shares were down more than 15% in recent Thursday trading following its Q2 results.

Earlier, the company reported Q2 non-GAAP net earnings of $1.49 per diluted share, down from $1.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.42.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $218.1 million, down from $242.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $225.5 million.

The company expects Q3 net sales of $165 million to $175 million. Analysts expected $186.4 million.
