09:28 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash ( DASH ) said Wednesday that it is partnering with Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) unit Wing to bring drone delivery to Charlotte, North Carolina.

Eligible DoorDash ( DASH ) customers within about four miles of The Arboretum Shopping Center in southern Charlotte can have their food orders delivered by drone starting the same day, the company said.

The two companies plan to expand to additional neighborhoods later in the year, DoorDash ( DASH ) said.
