DoorDash Q2 Net Loss Narrows, Revenue Increases -- Shares Jump After-Hours

04:16 PM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash ( DASH ) reported Q2 net loss Thursday of $0.38 per diluted share, narrower than a loss of $0.44 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.63 billion, up from $2.13 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.54 billion.

Company shares were up more than 13% in recent after-hours activity.
