12:25 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash ( DASH ) shares were up over 1% in recent Monday trading after private equity firm PSG said it completed the sale of its minority take in SevenRooms to the company.

The transaction was part of DoorDash's ( DASH ) $1.2 billion acquisition of the customer relationship management, marketing and operations platform for the hospitality industry, PSG said.

DoorDash ( DASH ) said Friday it finalized the acquisition of SevenRooms. The deal was completed ahead of time as DoorDash ( DASH ) said it previously expected to close the acquisition in H2.
