DoorDash to Acquire Deliveroo for $3.86 Billion

04:52 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash ( DASH ) said Tuesday that it reached an agreement for a cash acquisition of the entire share capital of Deliveroo, valuing the company at about 2.9 billion British pounds ($3.86 billion).

Deliveroo shareholders will be entitled to receive 180 pence per share in cash under the terms of the acquisition.
