DoorDash to acquire UK's Deliveroo in $3.9 billion deal

May 6 (Reuters) - DoorDash ( DASH ) said on Tuesday it

would buy British meal delivery firm Deliveroo ( DROOF ) for 2.9

billion pounds ($3.85 billion) as a part of the U.S. online

delivery platform's plans to expand into international markets.
