05:31 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dorchester Minerals ( DMLP ) said late Tuesday it closed the acquisition of mineral interests of 3,050 net royalty acres in Adams County, Colorado.

The deal was structured as a non-taxable contribution and exchange, the company said.

The contributing entities offered their interests to the company in exchange for 915,694 common units representing limited partnership interests in Dorchester Minerals ( DMLP ), according to a statement.
