07:09 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dorian LPG ( LPG ) said Friday that its board approved an irregular cash dividend of $0.70 per share, totalling about $30 million, payable on or about Feb. 27 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 5.

The company also said it expects fiscal Q3 revenue of about $80.7 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $87.2 million.

Dorian LPG ( LPG ) plans to release its unaudited fiscal Q3 financial results on Jan. 31.
