08:09 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dorian LPG ( LPG ) said Thursday it priced its underwritten public offering of 2 million common shares at $44.50 each.

The net proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 300,000 common shares, according to the company.

Dorian LPG ( LPG ) shares were down 8.2% in premarket activity.
