04:38 PM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dorian LPG ( LPG ) said late Wednesday it plans to sell 2 million shares in an underwritten public offering.

The company said it intends to offer underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 300,000 shares.

Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Shares of Dorian LPG ( LPG ) were down 6.8% in recent after-hours activity.
