DoubleVerify Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; 2025 Revenue Outlook Lowered

07:57 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoubleVerify ( DV ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Friday of $0.22 per diluted share, down from $0.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $188.6 million, up from $169.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $190.2 million.

For Q4, the company said it expects revenue of $207 million to $211 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $211.1 million.

For 2025, the company lowered its year-on-year revenue growth projection to about 14%, down from approximately 15% previously.

Shares of the company were down 7.6% in recent premarket activity Friday.
