04:50 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoubleVerify Holdings ( DV ) said Global Chief Commercial Officer Julie Eddleman plans to resign, effective Dec. 31, to pursue other interests.

Eddleman will serve as a consultant during a transition period of about six months, effective Jan. 1, the company said Monday in a regulatory filing.

Steve Mougis, currently chief growth officer, was named as Eddleman's successor, and Gian LaVecchia was appointed as chief revenue officer, the company said in a statement.
