Douglas Dynamics CEO to Retire in July

10:46 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Douglas Dynamics ( PLOW ) said Thursday that Robert McCormick plans to retire as the company's chief executive in July, but will stay on as a consultant through the end of the year.

James Janik, the current chairman, will return as executive chairman and will assume the role of interim president and CEO upon McCormick's retirement, the company said, adding that it is evaluating both internal and external candidates for permanent CEO.
