Douglas Elliman to Expand into France, Monaco

01:37 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Douglas Elliman ( DOUG ) said Tuesday that it will expand its operations into France and Monaco, targeting the markets of Bordeaux, the French Riviera, and Saint-Barthelemy.

The real estate brokerage said it has further plans to expand into Paris and the French Alps, which will be announced in the coming months.

The company said it expects to have about 14 offices and more than two dozen agents working across the south of France.
