07:33 AM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Douglas Emmett ( DEI ) said Wednesday it has appointed Kenneth Panzer, its chief operating officer, as president, effective Dec. 4.

The company said Panzer will serve as both president and COO.

Jordan L. Kaplan, the company's chairman, chief executive officer and president, will cease to be president but will continue as the chairman and CEO without any changes to his existing compensation arrangements, the company said.
