Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $245 million, down from $252.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $251.8 million.

For 2024, the real estate investment trust reiterated its previous funds from operations guidance of $1.64 to $1.70 per diluted share. Analysts expect $1.67.
