Dover Acquires SPS Cryogenics, Special Gas Systems

08:07 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dover (DOV) said Monday it has acquired SPS Cryogenics and its affiliated business Special Gas Systems.

The two companies will now operate under OPW's Clean Energy Solutions, part of Dover's Clean Energy & Fueling segment.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

SPS Cryogenics and Special Gas Systems design, manufacture and supply vacuum-insulated piping systems for liquefied gases.
