04:56 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dover (DOV) said late Monday that its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Brad Cerepak will retire effective Jan. 31, 2025.

Christopher Woenker, currently the CFO of the company's Engineered Products and Climate & Sustainability Technologies segments, will succeed Cerepak starting Jan. 31, 2025

Woenker will continue in his current role as segment CFO while collaborating with Cerepak through the financial closing of the 2024 fiscal year, the company said.
