Dr. Reddy's, Extrovis Roll Out Fluorouracil Cream 0.5%, Authorized Generic of Carac, in US

09:07 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY) and Extrovis said Monday that they have rolled out Dr. Reddy's Fluorouracil Cream, 0.5%, an authorized generic equivalent of Carac, a trademark of Extrovis, in the US market.

Dr. Reddy's Fluorouracil Cream, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration and produced at one of Extrovis' Texas sites, is intended for the topical treatment of multiple actinic or solar keratoses of the face and anterior scalp, the companies said.
