09:26 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DraftKings ( DKNG ) said Thursday it completed its acquisition of the digital lottery app Jackpocket.

The company said in February that it had agreed to acquire the app for about $750 million in a cash-and-stock deal.

DraftKings ( DKNG ) said the acquisition allows the digital sports entertainment and gaming company to enter the US lottery market and support its sportsbook and iGaming positions.
