12:00 PM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DraftKings ( DKNG ) said Friday the Missouri Gaming Commission has awarded it a direct mobile sports betting license.

The license allows DraftKings ( DKNG ) to operate independently across the state without partnering with a casino or professional sports team.

The online sportsbook is expected to launch on Dec. 1, according to the company.

Shares of DraftKings ( DKNG ) were up 3.9% in recent trading.
