Draganfly Confirms as September 5 as Post-Consolidation Trading Date

08:11 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Draganfly ( DPRO ) , a drone solutions and systems developer, said Friday that it has set September 5 as the effective date of the consolidation, subject to final confirmation from the Canadian Securities Exchange and the Nasdaq.

The company last month approved the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one post-consolidated common share for every 25 pre-consolidated shares.
