02:21 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dragonfly Energy ( DFLI ) shares fell more than 28% in recent Wednesday trading after the company priced a $5.5 million underwritten public offering of about 22 million shares at $0.25 each.

The offering is expected to close on or about Friday, the company said.

Dragonfly Energy ( DFLI ) said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including debt repayment in the ordinary course.
