Dream Finders Homes Shares Fall After Posting Lower Q2 Earnings

12:35 PM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dream Finders Homes ( DFH ) shares were down 2.3% in recent Thursday trading after the company reported Q2 earnings of $0.56 per diluted share, down from $0.81 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.61.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.15 billion, up from $1.06 billion a year earlier.
