06:41 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dream Unlimited ( DRUNF ) overnight Thursday announced that Dream Asset Management Corporation (DAM) acquired 137,500 units of Dream Impact Trust (MPCT-UN.TO) in lieu of asset management fees payable to DAM pursuant to the management agreement in respect of Dream Impact, representing approximately 0.8% of the issued and outstanding Units.
Prior to the acquisition, DAM and its joint actors owned 6,716,057 units representing approximately 37.0% of the issued and outstanding units and, following the acquisition, DAM and its joint actors own 6,853,557 Units representing approximately 37.8% of the issued and outstanding units.
A statement noted the units beneficially owned by DAM and its joint actors prior to and after the acquisition on October 3, 2024, include 18,856 Units that are issuable to Michael J. Cooper, the Chief Responsible Officer of DAM.
DRM was down $0.72 at $32.81 on the TSX yesterday, but remains at the high end of its 52 week trading range.
