04:41 PM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Driven Brands ( DRVN ) said Friday it received a Nasdaq notice indicating it is not in compliance with listing requirements due to the delayed filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 28.

The company said the filing delay stems from its previously announced restatement of prior-period financial statements and the related delay in filing its 2025 Form 10-K, which was submitted on May 19.

The company has until July 31 to submit a compliance plan and could receive until Nov. 25 to regain compliance. It said it is working to complete its financial reporting and expects to file the quarterly report as soon as practicable.
