Sep 25, 2025 5:19 AM

07:48 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Drugs Made In America Acquisition II (DMII) said Thursday it has priced an initial public offering of 50 million units at $10.00 per unit.

Each unit consists of one share and a right to one-tenth (1/10) of a share upon the consummation of an initial business combination, the blank-check company said.

The units are expected to be listed on Nasdaq and trade under the ticker symbol "DMIIU" beginning Sept. 25, the company said.

Once the units begin separate trading, the shares and rights are expected to be listed under the symbols "DMII" and "DMIIR," respectively, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.

The company also said that it has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 7.5 million units to cover over-allotments, if any.
