09:19 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Duke Energy ( DUK ) said Friday it has promoted Harry Sideris to president of the company, starting April 1.

Sideris most recently was the company's executive vice president of customer experience, solutions, and services, Duke Energy ( DUK ) added.

The company also said that Chief Commercial Officer Steve Young will retire on June 30. Young joined the firm in 1980.
