Dun & Bradstreet's Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Provides Full-Year Guidance

08:02 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dun & Bradstreet ( DNB ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.30 per diluted share, down from $0.32 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $631.9 million, up from $630.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $658 million.

For 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $1.01 to $1.07 per share on revenue of $2.44 billion to $2.5 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $1.10 from sales of $2.52 billion.

Dun & Bradstreet ( DNB ) shares were down almost 5% in recent premarket activity.
