06:43 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee (DC-A.TO) late on Wednesday said its subsidiaries Dundee Resources and Goodman & Co., Investment Counsel, acquired 9.8 million common shares of Greenheart Gold as part of G Mining Ventures ( GMINF ) 's recently closed acquisition of Reunion Gold (RGD.V) from Dundee.

Immediately prior to the common share acquisition, Dundee and its affiliates did not own any shares of Greenheart Gold. Following the transaction, Dundee and its affiliates own an approximate 12% stake.

Dundee's share price was down 3% to $1.30 yesterday.
