Dundee Precious Metals Buys Shares of Bulgold Via Private Placement

09:29 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee Precious Metals ( DPMLF ) after markets closed on Friday said a unit bought 1.5 million common shares of Bulgold (TSXV - ZLTO) through a private placement for $72,728.

The company and its affiliates now own or control about 4.7 million common shares and 833,333 warrants, equal to a 9.6% stake in Bulgold on an undiluted basis and a 11.1% interest on a partially diluted basis.

Shares of Dundee Precious Metals ( DPMLF ) closed up 2% to $22.49 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
