Dundee Precious Metals Gets U.K. Court Approval of Adriatic Metals Buy and ASX Listing

12:38 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee Precious Metals ( DPMLF ) on Friday said the High Court of Justice in England and Wales granted it approval for its US$1.3-billion offer to acquire Adriatic Metals plc.

The company said all conditions of the scheme will be satisfied following the delivery of a copy of the court order to the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales. Closing of the deal is expected on September 3.

Dundee was also granted approval for admission to the official list of ASX Limited as an "ASX Foreign Exempt Listing," subject to certain listing conditions.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.59 to $25.31 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
